Enable or Disable a Third Party Logistics Integration

Using this document, Shipsy users can learn how to enable or disable a Third Party Logistics Provider integration that has already been set up within Shipsy.

Instructions

Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Navigating to Third Party Logistics Tab

1. To navigate to the list of all available 3PL providers, users need to click on the Third Party Logistics tab

2. From the tile view of all available 3PL providers, the user must select the 3PL they want to enable/disable and click on it’s tile

3. They will then be directed to the overview page of the selected 3PL where they will be able to see the summary, list of integrations and the list for the support documentation provided by the 3PL

4. Also visible, will be a list of all accounts that have been setup with that particular 3PL

Disabling a Third Party Logistics Integration

1. To disable the required 3PL integration, the user needs to click on the active toggle button

2. This will prompt a pop-up asking the user whether they want to disable the selected 3PL integration

3. To confirm, the user will click on yes

4. 3PL Integration will be disabled

Enabling a Third Party Logistics Integration

1. To enable the required 3PL integration, the user needs to click on the inactive toggle button

2. This will prompt a pop-up asking the user whether they want to enable the selected 3PL integration

3. To confirm, the user will click on yes

4. 3PL Integration will be enabled

Conclusion

The required integration has been enabled or disabled as per requirement.
