Introduction

Shipsy's Integration Marketplace extends its capabilities to include geocoding services, unlocking a world of location-based intelligence for your business. Geocoding is an essential tool for businesses that rely on spatial data and location-based insights. Within this marketplace, the inclusion of communication provider integrations holds significant importance:

1. Centralised Integration Hub: Shipsy's Integration Marketplace serves as a central hub for connecting and configuring geocoding services. It simplifies the process of integrating and customising these services to enhance your location-based decision-making.

2. Integration and Customisation: Configuring geocoding services is straightforward through the Integration Marketplace. Tailor your selections to match your specific geospatial needs, whether you're in logistics, real estate, or any industry reliant on location data.

Users can follow the given instructions to access the Integration Marketplace, view available Communications integrations and find out more about them:

Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Understanding the Integration Marketplace

1. By default the user will land on the tile view page where they will be able to view all supported integrations within the Shipsy system

2. On the left, users can use the pane to navigate between different categories of integrations, namely - Third Party Logistics, Webhook, Payments, Order Management System, E-Commerce Plugins, Communications, Geocoding 

3. To navigate to the list of available Geocoding Services, the user has to click on the Geocoding tab

4. This will give the user a tile view of all available geocoding services that have been integrated with Shipsy

5. These integrations are one click solutions that are available to customers free of cost. However, if users want a new provider to be integrated, that will be a chargeable expense. 

Geocoding Service Details

1. From the available Geocoding Services, a user can click on one as per their requirement to navigate to the overview page of said provider

2. On this page, the user can view the following details:

   1. Overview - A summary of the Geocoding Service, the kind of services they offer

   2. Documentation and Support - Relevant links to the providers support documentation

   3. Account Information - A list view of all accounts that have been set up with the service provider, the account status (active/inactive) and the last updated at timestamp

3. This page provides an overview of the Geocoding Service the user wants to integrate with and follows a similar structure for all geocoding services providing all the relevant information in one place
