Introduction

Shipsy's Integration Marketplace redefines the way businesses manage their orders by offering a diverse selection of Order Management System (OMS) integrations. OMS is the backbone of efficient order processing and fulfilment, and the Integration Marketplace provides a seamless experience for connecting, configuring, and optimising OMS solutions. Within this marketplace, the inclusion of communication provider integrations holds significant importance:

  1. Centralised Order Management: Shipsy's Integration Marketplace acts as a central hub for integrating and managing various OMS solutions. It simplifies the process of connecting OMS providers to streamline your order processing and fulfilment workflows. 

  2. Tailored Integration: Configuring and integrating OMS providers is straightforward. Customise your selection to align with your business model, such as setting up inventory management, order tracking, and fulfilment rules.

  3. Diverse OMS Offerings: Within the Integration Marketplace, you'll find a rich assortment of OMS integrations. Whether you require solutions for e-commerce, retail, or other industries, you can choose OMS providers that align with your specific business needs.

Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

  1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

  2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Understanding the Integration Marketplace

  1. By default the user will land on the tile view page where they will be able to view all supported integrations within the Shipsy system

  2. On the left, users can use the pane to navigate between different categories of integrations, namely - Third Party Logistics, Webhook, Payments, Order Management System, Ecommerce Plugins, Communications, Geocoding 

  3. To navigate to the list of Order Management System Providers, the user has to click on the Order Management System tab

  4. This will give the user a tile view of all available OMS Providers that have been integrated with Shipsy

  5. These integrations are one click solutions that are available to customers free of cost. However, if users want a new provider to be integrated, that will be a chargeable expense

Order Management System Provider Details

  1. From the available OMS Providers, a user can click on one as per their requirement to navigate to the overview page of said provider

  2. On this page, the user can view the following details:

    1. Overview - A summary of the communication provider, the kind of services they offer and their areas of operation

    2. Integrations - A list of all integrations that are available for the provider - whatsapp, sms or email

    3. Documentation and Support - Relevant links to the providers support documentation

    4. Account Information - A list view of all accounts that have been set up with the 3PL, the account status (active/inactive) and the last updated at timestamp

  3. This page provides an overview of the OMS provider the user wants to integrate with and follows a similar structure for all OMS integrations providing all the relevant information in one place
