Introduction

The Shipsy platform provides a lot of useful integrations which users can use to optimise their logistics. However, a lot of users were facing issues in the sense that they did not have a clear view of what was available within Shipsy. This was the reason behind two major problems. Firstly, higher TAT for integrations meant users had to contact Shipsy support and wait for everything to be up and running. To solve these issues, Shipsy has come up with the Integration Marketplace. It is a user-friendly, all-in-one hub within the platform where users can effortlessly discover, select, and configure various services essential for their logistics and delivery tasks. It's like a neatly organised store with a wide range of tools, including communication services and e-commerce plugins, designed to streamline the shipping and delivery processes.

Within this marketplace, users can access a comprehensive list of available options, perform quick searches for the tools they require, and gain in-depth knowledge about each service, understanding what it does and how to make the most of it. Think of it as an app store tailored specifically for logistics, where users can effortlessly browse, pick, and apply various tools to enhance their shipping and delivery operations.
