Enable or Disable a Communications Provider
Using this document, Shipsy users can learn how to enable or disable a Communications Integration that has already been set up within Shipsy.
Instructions
Navigating to the Integration Marketplace
Click on the menu icon and click on integrations
From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace
Navigating to the Communications Tab
To navigate to the list of all available communications providers, users need to click on the communications tab
From the tile view of all available integrations, the user must select the one they want to enable/disable and click on it’s tile
They will then be directed to the overview page of the selected integration where they will be able to see the summary, uses, integrations and the support documentation
Also visible, will be a list of all integrations that have been setup with that particular communication provider
Disabling a Communications Integration
To disable the required integration, the user needs to click on the active toggle button
This will prompt a pop-up asking the user whether they want to disable the selected Communication Integration
To confirm, the user will click on yes
Communications Integration will be disabled
Enabling a Communications Integration
To enable the required integration, the user needs to click on the inactive toggle button
This will prompt a pop-up asking the user whether they want to enable the selected communication integration
To confirm, the user will click on yes
Communications Integration will be enabled
Conclusion
The required integration has been successfully enabled or disabled.
