Enable or Disable an Order Management System Integration

Using this document, Shipsy users can learn how to enable or disable an Order Management System integration that has already been set up within Shipsy.

Instructions

Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Navigating to the Order Management System (OMS) Tab

1. To navigate to the list of all available order management system integrations, users need to click on the OMS tab

2. From the tile view of all available integrations, the user must select the one they want to enable/disable and click on it’s tile

3. They will then be directed to the overview page of the selected OMS integration where they will be able to see the summary, uses, integrations and the support documentation 

4. Also visible, will be a list of all integrations that have been setup with that particular OMS provider

Disable an Order Management System Integration

1. To disable the required integration, the user needs to click on the active toggle button

2. This will prompt a pop-up asking the user whether they want to disable the selected OMS integration

3. To confirm, the user will click on yes

4. Payment Integration will be disabled

Enable an Order Management System Integration

1. To enable the required integration, the user needs to click on the inactive toggle button

2. This will prompt a pop-up asking the user whether they want to enable the selected OMS integration

3. To confirm, the user will click on yes

4. Payment Integration will be enabled

Conclusion

The required integration has been successfully enabled or disabled.
