Enable or Disable a Webhook Integration

Using this document, Shipsy users can learn how to enable or disable a webhook integration that has already been set up within Shipsy.

Instructions

Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Navigating to the Webhooks Tab

1. To navigate to the list of all available webhooks, users need to click on the webhook tab

2. From the tile view of all available webhooks, the user must select the webhook they want to enable/disable and click on it’s tile

3. They will then be directed to the overview page of the selected webhook where they will be able to see the summary, uses and the support documentation 

4. Also visible, will be a list of all integrations that have been setup with that particular webhook

Disabling a Webhook Integration

1. To disable the required webhook integration, the user needs to click on the active toggle button

2. This will prompt a pop-up asking the user whether they want to disable the selected webhook integration

3. To confirm, the user will click on yes

4. webhook Integration will be disabled

Enabling a Webhook Integration

1. To enable the required webhook integration, the user needs to click on the inactive toggle button

2. This will prompt a pop-up asking the user whether they want to enable the selected webhook integration

3. To confirm, the user will click on yes

4. webhook Integration will be enabled

The required integration has been successfully enabled or disabled.
