Configuring an E-Commerce Plugin
Using this document, Shipsy users can learn how to configure an E-commerce Plugin as per their requirements.
Instructions
Navigating to the Integration Marketplace
Click on the menu icon and click on integrations
From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace
Navigating to the E-Commerce Plugins Tab
To navigate to the list of all available plugins, users need to click on the E-Commerce Plugins tab
From the tile view of all available plugins, the user must select the plugin they want to integrate with and click on it’s tile
They will then be directed to the overview page of the selected plugin where they will be able to see the summary, uses, available integrations and the list for the support documentation provided
Configuring an E-Commerce Plugin
Click on the Add E-Commerce Plugins button
Enter the App Name
Follow the steps to add E-Commerce Plugin that are given on the right hand side of the screen to fill up the required fields:
Basic Details - User is required to input the client ID and client secret key
Other Settings - Enable/Disable status update webhook and customer hub allocation logic
Communication - Input the email addresses to be contacted in case of issue in the integration
Clicking on Save will finalise the configuration for that E-Commerce Plugin and it will then be visible as a line item on the Plugin overview page
Conclusion
The order management system has been configured successfully and all functionalities will now be available to users within the ops dashboard.
