How to add KYC mandatory fields

For any consignment delivery, the system requires the KYC verification of people who can collect the delivery.

In the dashboard :

• Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → App Flow Config ()

• Click on the dropdown menu at the top right and select the KYC option.

   

• Click the Add New button. A form shall appear with required fields to be filled.

   

  • Fill up the form and click on Add KYC Config button.

     

  • You’ve successfully created a new KYC Config.
