Rate Masters

Rate Masters is used by the clients to charge their customers for handling shipments.

Rate Masters has the following two sections:

Contracts

Contracts are the setup masters in the system for calculating freight charges on the basis of various rate cards and parameters shared by clients. A client may have multiple charges in their rate cards. Various charges can be summed up to obtain the final price of any particular shipment. As per the rate cards shared by the clients, we configure the metadata for the same in the system.

Invoice

In this section, the client can generate Invoice Download requests based on various filters like. Once an Invoice download request has been successfully created, an Invoice Download icon would come up, upon clicking which, the invoice can be downloaded. The price data in the invoices are calculated on the basis of the Contracts defined.
