Filter Segment

To set up a new rule for the allocation engine,  we need to understand this segment.

Features

Once all the masters are set up for the allocation engine,  all you need to do is define your business logic in a low code manner and the system takes care of the rest. To set up a new rule or business logic, we need to understand this critical segment.

This is used to finally filter the carriers based on certain criteria. Using historical data and the masters defined, the results can be filtered based on a variety of parameters provided. This takes into consideration past data using Shipsy BI and ensures that you get the best analysis and then assign a carrier. All parameters must be satisfied for final results.

Multiple parameters can be added depending on the business requirements i.e Cost, Promised TAT, % of orders delivered successfully, % of orders with first attempt within promised TAT, % of orders which were delivered within promised TAT, First attempt delivery %

Example

If the parameter is “First Attempt Delivery Percentage”, then this takes into consideration that the order was delivered in the first attempt by the carrier and that is above a certain threshold as defined. Additionally, the data to define these metrics can be from either 1, 2 or 4 weeks as per the requirements.
