Vehicle Documents

Definition

It is a master use to upload/save vehicle documents RC, Insurance, and PUC this helps transport manager to have manage the documents and have them in handy when required.

How to use

A user can upload and save documents using Setup > Assets > Transport > Vehicle Documents > Add New

Open

In this section, the user will be required to input the following information when adding a new set of vehicle documents:

1. Vehicle Number - The unique registration number of the vehicle whose documents they want to add

2. Registration Certificate Validity - The validity date of the RC of the vehicle

3. RC Document - Upload the RC in photo or pdf format

4. Insurance Validity - The validity date of the insurance of the vehicle

5. Insurance Document - Upload the insurance in photo or pdf format

6. Pollution Certificate Validity - The validity date of the pollution check certificate of the vehicle

7. PUC Document - Upload the pollution certificate in photo or pdf format
