Allocation rules are the set of criteria defined for allocation of a consignment to a particular carrier with respect to various parameters being set. This is configured under Allocation config tab available in Shipsy portal
Instructions
Navigate to Shipsy portal > Setup section > Carrier Partner.
The allocation rules are the set of fields would be reflected on the frontend as per the set of fields defined and configured in the Allocation Config Section.
In order to create an Allocation Rule, the user needs to define the set of fields that can be configurable from the Allocation Config Section.
In the Allocation config tab, the user needs to select the fields which are required along with mentioning the priority and dimension type.
Conclusion
Allocation rules would be defined on basis of parameters mentioned in Allocation Config Section and their necessary requirements.
