How to edit Routing

The Routing master can be used to define a set of routes from one hub to another with the service tag attached to it.

In the dashboard :

• Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → Transport ( ) → Exception

• Click on the Update button.

• A form shall appear with the excel to be uploaded to edit the set of existing routings.

• Fill up the sample excel sheet and after uploading the filled sheet of new routings, click on the Yes button.

• You’ve successfully edited the routings for a set of hubs along with their service types attached to it.
