How to create Routing

The Routing master can be used to define a set of routes from one hub to another with the service tag attached to it.

In the dashboard :

• Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → Transport ( ) → Exception

• Click on the Add New button.

• A form shall appear with the excel to be uploaded to add the routings.

• Fill up the sample excel sheet and after uploading the filled sheet of routings, click on the Yes button.

• You’ve successfully created a new set of routings for a set of hubs along with their service types attached to it.
