How to create Exception

The Exception master can be used to define a set of rules along with their exception codes and exception names for a vehicle or a bag if they encounter any breakdown or human error.

In the dashboard :

• Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → Transport ( ) → Exception

• Click on the Add New button.

• A form shall appear with the excel to be uploaded to add exceptions.

• Fill up the sample excel sheet and after uploading the filled sheet of exceptions, click on the Yes button.

• You’ve successfully created a new set of Exceptions for either a vehicle or a bag.
