Editing an Existing Carrier
This document explains how users can make changes to existing carriers' settings as per their business requirements. Please note, a carrier account must be set up to enable editing for the same.
Instructions
Click the Hamburger menu and go to Setup > Integration Setup > Carrier Partner > click on the edit button against the carrier that requires editing
After this, a popup opens with all the details pre-filled that were configured at the time of setting up the carrier account. Required changes can be made here and the updated details can be saved.
Please note that Carrier Partner, Carrier Account or method cannot be changed for an existing Carrier Account. In case such changes are required a new Carrier Account will have to be set up.
