How to Set Up Carrier Virtual Series

This document will brief users on how to set up carrier virtual series for AWB generation. Please note, that a carrier must already be created in your account to use this feature.
Instructions
Access the Menu
Click on the hamburger menu icon (☰) located in the top corner of your screen.
Navigate to Carrier Partner Setup
Click on Integration Setup to expand the dropdown list and select Carrier Partner.
Setting up a Virtual Series
Within the Carrier Partner section, find the carrier for which you want to set up a virtual series.
Click on the View Virtual Series option associated with the chosen carrier.
Select Service Type
This redirects the user to the Virtual Series Allotment screen.
Here the user can configure which service type they want to setup a virtual series for and define a range of AWB numbers so that AWB numbers can be generated automatically by the system within the defined range
Choose the specific service type that you want to configure for virtual series. This is typically related to the carrier's services and offerings.
Defining the Series
Define the virtual series as per your requirements. A virtual series is a range of numbers used to generate AWB numbers automatically.
Save the Configuration
After adding the series, click on the "Submit" button to save the configuration.
