How to disable an existing message template?

In the dashboard :

• Click on the Hamburger Menu () → Setup → SMS Management () → Message Setup

• On an existing message with status ACTIVE, hover on the kebab menu under Actions Column.

• Click on Disable.

• The message template has been disabled.

• The Status of the message template transitions to INACTIVE.
