How to create an Employee

Employee- They are the one who can access the Operations Dashboard.
In the dashboard :

  • Click on the Hamburger Menu () → Setup → Employees (👨‍💼)

  • Click on the ADD NEW button.

  • Method 1 - New {Employee } option → A form appears with the required fields to be filled.

     

  • Fill up the form with following fields:

    • Employee Name - The name of the Employee who will be accessing the Dashboard/Portal.

    • Employee Code - The Employee Code associated with Employee(Can also give a new code here).

    • Dashboard Username - When Employee Logs In, the name that will appear on dashboard.

    • Password

    • Mobile Number and Email of the Employee are not necessary fields.

After filling the whole form, You’ve successfully Created the employee.

  • Method 2 - Upload CSV option → A form appears with the required fields to be filled.

 

  • Click on Select from Computer to upload the Excel sheet.

  • One can also drag and drop the file into the space provided in the window.

  • You can download a sample Excel file to understand what data has to be entered by clicking on the Download Sample Excel option from the window.

  • Click on the Upload and Add button, you’ve successfully added the employees.
