Customer Portal - Analytics

The Analytics tab in customer portal can be accessed by clicking on ‘Dashboard’ tab on the left pane.

It will take you to the dashboard that is configured as the landing page.

The dashboard provides you a quick glance of some of the metrics based on the ‘Created At’ filter.

The time frame of interest can be chosen by clicking on the ‘Created at’ tab. The page that opens up after clicking on it will look as below.

The dashboard shows up metrics like number of consignments, status distribution of the consignments, etc..

There is an info icon against each metric that provides more information about the metric as seen below.
