Customise Consignment and Pickup Dashboard View

In the customer portal, Shipsy allows users to customise the data that they want to view depending on their requirements. This is done to enable customers to optimise their customer portal according to their business requirements and only see the information they want to see.

Customising the Consignments Dashboard

Follow the below mentioned instructions to customise the view of the consignments dashboard on the customer portal:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal

  2. By default, the user lands on the consignments dashboard

  3. Click on the gear icon highlighted in the image below

  1. This opens a drawer style customisation menu where the user can make the following changes:

    1. Customise table columns

      1. Here, on the left side of the menu, the user can select/deselect the columns that they want to enable for their dashboard

      2. On the right side, the user can drag and drop selected columns to change the sequence in which they are shown on the dashboard

      3. Additionally, users can also use the search bar to search for any particular column using the column name

      4.  

    2. Customise filters

      1. Here, on the left side of the menu, the user can select/deselect the filters that they want to enable for the consignments dashboard

      2. On the right side of the menu, the user can drag and drop selected filters to change the sequence in which they appear on the dashboard

      3. Next to this, there is also a toggle for showing the filter on dashboard. Enabling this toggle shows the filter on the main dashboard, while disabling it puts the filter under the more filters dropdown

      4. Additionally, users can also use the search bar to search for any particular filter using the filter name

  2. Click on Submit to finalise changes

  3. The consignments dashboard view has now been edited successfully

Customising the Pickups Dashboard

Follow the below mentioned instructions to customise the view of the pickups dashboard on the customer portal:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal

  2. By default, the user lands on the consignments dashboard

    1. Navigate to the pickups dashboard

  3. Click on the gear icon highlighted in the image below

  1. This opens a drawer style customisation menu where the user can make the following changes:

    1. Customise table columns

      1. Here, on the left side of the menu, the user can select/deselect the columns that they want to enable for their dashboard

      2. On the right side, the user can drag and drop selected columns to change the sequence in which they are shown on the dashboard

      3. Additionally, users can also use the search bar to search for any particular column using the column name

    2. Click on submit to save the changes
