Trip Tracking

The Trip Tracking screen allows the user to track a particular trip on the Google map embedded here. The user will only able to track Started/Assigned trips here. 

• The user can select the hub for which he wants to see the tracking. The hub can be selected through the Planning Hub Component provided at the top of the dashboard screen.

• The user can filter out the trips on the basis of their status in as

  • All - shows all the trips for the selected hub

  • Created - shows all the trips that have been created, but not assigned to a rider at the selected hub

  • Assigned - shows all the trips that have been assigned, but not started at the selected hub

  • Started - shows all the trips that have started, but not completed at the selected hub

  • Completed - shows all the trips that are completed

• The user can switch on the Trip Path option to view either the Planned route for a trip or the Actual route that the rider uses for the trip.

• The Date Filter Component is used for filtering out trips by adding a range of date for the Last Updated/Created At/Started At/Assigned At/Completed At fields. For the field Scheduled At, the date of scheduling is required.

• Other common filters can be found under the Filters, besides the Date Filter

• The user can hover over the Pins and Hub icon on the map to view Consignment Details and Hub Details respectively.

• There are several functionalities provided like

  • Zoom Control - to zoom in/out on a map view for better visibility

  • Full Screen - to view the map in Full Screen

  • Legends - to show details about the symbols used on the map
