Transaction History (Ops Dashboard)

We use COD calculation for accurate cash reconciliation operations. Cash On Delivery Transactions tab helps us (Hub Manager) to view all transactions submitted by the Rider. Please note, all users with view access have the visibility to check for transactions done by required riders from time to time.

Instructions

1. Open the Demo/Portal Link: https://orgname.portal.shipsy.in/login 

   1. Username : Enter the Username

   2. Password : Enter the Password

2. Navigate to Shipsy portal > Finance Operations > Rider Transaction History

3. Select the desired hub along with date duration for which the transaction needs to be viewed.

4. Now, all the transactions done against the respective transaction ids would be visible along with mode of deposit and proof of receipt to ensure transparency.

5. Also the status of settlement being done successfully (verified) is visible on the dashboard.
