View Download List

Download section lists all the reports that were made available for download.

Look at the chart visible in the download section. It consists of seven columns where the first column is of serial number and the rest contain the following details:

Column 2: Type of the report. It can be of 5 types namely consignment ageing report, consignment report, consignment historic report, FLM Report and MM Report.

Column 3: Date and time at which the report was created. It basically captures system timings. If system timings are wrong, the same error gets depicted in the report creation time as well.

Column 4: It gives info about the filters. Filters usually capture the time frame for which the report is generated.

Column 5: Column 5 has information regarding columns present in the report.

Column 6: This column offers information about the request's current status. A check mark in this column indicates that the request was successful and is now available for download. A spinning circle, on the other hand, indicates that the procedure is still ongoing or that it may have failed.

Column 7: This column indicates the final actions. Clearly if the download request was successful, the report can be locally downloaded by clicking on the icon present in the action column.
