Shipsy's Integration Marketplace is an innovative platform designed to streamline logistics and supply chain management by offering a diverse array of services and integrations. Within this marketplace, the inclusion of Third Party Logistics (3PL) integrations holds significant importance:

  1. Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

  1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

  2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Understanding the Integration Marketplace

  1. By default the user will land on the tile view page where they will be able to view all supported integrations within the Shipsy system

  2. On the left, users can use the pane to navigate between different categories of integrations, namely - Third Party Logistics, Webhook, Payments, Order Management System, E-commerce Plugins, Communications, Geocoding 

  3. To navigate to the list of Third Party Logistics, the user has to click on the Third Party Logistics tab

  4. This will give the user a tile view of all available Third Party Logistics Providers that have been integrated with Shipsy

  5. These integrations are one click solutions that are available to customers free of cost. However, if users want a new provider to be integrated, that will be a chargeable expense.

Third Party Logistics Providers Details

  1. From the available Third Party Logistics Providers, a user can click on one as per their requirement to navigate to the overview page of said 3PL

  2. On this page, the user can view the following details:

    1. Overview - A summary of the 3PL, the kind of services they offer and their areas of operation

    2. Integrations - A list of all integrations that are available for the 3PL

    3. Documentation and Support - Relevant links to the providers support documentation

    4. Account Information - A list view of all accounts that have been set up with the 3PL, the account status (active/inactive) and the last updated at timestamp

  3. This page provides an overview of the 3PL the user wants to integrate with and follows a similar structure for all 3PLs providing all the relevant information in one place
