Editing a Third Party Logistics Integration

Using this document, Shipsy users can learn how to edit a Third Party Logistics Provider integration that has already been set up within Shipsy.

Instructions

Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

  1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

  2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Navigating to Third Party Logistics Tab

  1. To navigate to the list of all available 3PL providers, users need to click on the Third Party Logistics tab

  2. From the tile view of all available 3PL providers, the user must select the 3PL they want to edit and click on it’s tile

  3. They will then be directed to the overview page of the selected 3PL where they will be able to see the summary, list of integrations and the list for the support documentation provided by the 3PL

  4. Also visible, will be a list of all accounts that have been setup with that particular 3PL

  5. To edit an integration, user will be required to click on the hamburger menu button pertaining to the account name they want to edit

  6. Here, users will click on the edit button to begin editing the 3PL integration

Editing the Integration

  1. After clicking on the edit button, the user will be directed to the Edit Third Party Logistics page

  2. Here, the user can make the required changes to the 3PL configuration by navigating between the Basic Setup, Tracking, Communications and Settings tabs

  3. Once the changes have been made, the user can click on save and the edits will be saved

The required integration has been successfully edited.
