Editing a Communications Provider

Using this document, Shipsy users can learn how to edit a Communications integration that has already been set up within Shipsy.

Instructions

Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

  1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

  2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Navigating to the Communications Tab

  1. To navigate to the list of all available Communication Integrations, users need to click on the Communications tab

  2. From the tile view of all available Communications Integrations, the user must select the one they want to integrate with and click on it’s tile

  3. They will then be directed to the overview page of the selected Communication Provider where they will be able to see the summary, uses, integrations and the list for the support documentation provided

  4. Also visible, will be the list of all integrations that have been setup

  5. To edit an integration, user will be required to click on the hamburger menu button pertaining to the account name they want to edit

  6. Here, users will click on the edit button to begin editing the Communication Integration

Editing the Integration

  1. After clicking on the edit button, the user will be directed to the Edit integration page

  2. Here, the user can make the required changes to the communication provider’s configuration by navigating between the basic details and other settings tabs

  3. Once the changes have been made, the user can click on save and the edits will be saved

Conclusion

The required integration has been successfully edited.
