Summarise by

To summarise the visualised data, use the 'Summarise by' option. It basically examines/groups the entire data from the perspective of a single focus.

Typically, the 'summarise by' element becomes the first column (in tabular visualisation)/ centre (in other visualisation modes) of visualised data by default. There are various metrics through which we can summarise the data. However, metrics vary corresponding to the type of the report.

How to add summarise by?

• In the data setup section, got to summarise by icon.

• Click on the add icon available opposite to it.

• Search the column you want to add to summarise by.

• The summarise by column is successfully added.
