Using this document, users can gain a better understanding of the kind of Payment integrations offered by Shipsy, how to view the available options using the Integration Marketplace, and getting to know more about them to find out the right integration for their business.

Introduction

Shipsy's Integration Marketplace introduces an innovative and user-centric approach to managing payment modes for your business. Payment modes are at the heart of seamless financial transactions within your application or platform.

Within this marketplace, the inclusion of payments integrations holds significant importance:

  1. Diverse Payment Options: Shipsy's Integration Marketplace offers a comprehensive selection of payment modes. Whether you need to enable credit card payments, bank transfers, digital wallets, or other payment methods, you'll find a variety of options to cater to your business and users.

  2. Easy Configuration: Configuring payment modes is made easy through the Integration Marketplace. Depending on your chosen mode, you can seamlessly input API keys, set payment gateway parameters, and tailor payment processing rules to your specific requirements.

  3. Centralised Integration Hub: The Integration Marketplace serves as a centralised hub for connecting and configuring payment modes. It simplifies the process of setting up, customising, and managing the payment modes you need to streamline your financial transactions.

Navigating to the Integration Marketplace

  1. Click on the menu icon and click on integrations

  2. From the sub menu, select Integration Marketplace

Understanding the Integration Marketplace

  1. By default the user will land on the tile view page where they will be able to view all supported integrations within the Shipsy system

  2. On the left, users can use the pane to navigate between different categories of integrations, namely - Third Party Logistics, Webhook, Payments, Order Management System, Ecommerce Plugins, Communications, Geocoding 

  3. To navigate to the list of Payment Integrations, the user has to click on the Webhooks tab

  4. This will give the user a tile view of all available Payment Integrations available on Shipsy

  5. These integrations are one click solutions that are available to customers free of cost. However, if users want a new payment mode to be integrated, that will be a chargeable expense.

Payment Details

  1. From the available Payments Integrations, a user can click on one as per their requirement to navigate to the overview page of said webhook

  2. On this page, the user can view the following details:

    1. Overview - A summary of the payment mode, and its use cases

    2. Uses - A list of all benefits provided by the webhook

    3. Documentation and Support - Relevant links to the webhook support documentation

    4. Account Information - A list view of all accounts that have been set up with the payment mode, the account status (active/inactive) and the last updated at timestamp

  3. This page provides an overview of the payment the user wants to configure and follows a similar structure for all payment mode providing all the relevant information in one place
