The Exception master can be used to define a set of rules along with their exception codes and exception names for a vehicle or a bag if they encounter any breakdown or human - error.
In the dashboard :
Click on the hamburger menu (
) → Setup → Transport ( ) → Exception
Click on the Add New button.

Fill up the sample excel sheet and after uploading the filled sheet of exceptions, click on the Yes button.

You’ve successfully created a new set of Exceptions for either a vehicle or a bag.
