Click on the hamburger menu (
) → Setup → Transport ( ) → Exception
Click on the Add New button.
The Exception master can be used to define a set of rules along with their exception codes and exception names for a vehicle or a bag if they encounter any breakdown or human error.
In the dashboard :
Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → Transport ( ) → Exception
Click on the Add New button.
A form shall appear with the excel to be uploaded to add exceptions.
Fill up the sample excel sheet and after uploading the filled sheet of exceptions, click on the Yes button.
You’ve successfully created a new set of Exceptions for either a vehicle or a bag.
