Customer Level Configurations

When creating a new customer, or editing an already existing one, the users can enable or disable a few configurations as per their requirements. The details of those configurations are given as follows:

Pickup Notification Via Email

This flag decides whether to send a pickup arrival notification via email. The email will be triggered at Pickup arrival event if the flag is enabled.

Pickup Notification Via SMS

‘Pickup Notification Via SMS’ flag decides whether to send a pickup arrival notification via SMS or not. The SMS will be triggered at Pickup arrival if the flag is enabled.

Dynamic Pickup Allocation

If this config is enabled, the PRS will be created on a real-time basis. The PRS will then be visible to all the riders mapped to the hubs configured for a certain pincode.
The customer to hub mapping is defined in customer allocation rules.

Extend Global Virtual Series

The virtual series need not be configured at the customer level. Whenever a new consignment is created, the AWB number will be used from the Global Series if this config is enabled.
