Device Master

Under this tab, you can check the list of all the devices being used by your workers. 

Instructions

  1. We need to navigate to this path: Setup > User > App Users > Devices

  2. Here you can check below details about the Devices which are being used in your organisation by your workers:

    1. Device ID

    2. Hub Code

    3. Worker Code

    4. Mobile Number

    5. Updated By

    6. Action - Enable/Disable Device

  3. Additionally, users can use this master setup to do the following:

    1. Download the list of all devices that have been setup in the organisation

    2. Add new device - Users can do this by adding a single new device, or by uploading excel

      1. User is required to input information pertaining to Device ID, Hub Code, Mobile Number

    3. View the list of disabled devices
