How to disable an existing message template?

In the dashboard :

  • Click on the Hamburger Menu ((blue star)) → Setup → SMS Management ((blue star)) → Message Setup

  • On an existing message, hover on the kebab menu under Actions Column. Click on Disable.

  • The message template has been disabled.

  • The Status of the message template transitions to INACTIVE.
