Delivery - Marking Success

  • The user is shown the Delivery Flow screen upon clicking the Delivery Actions button on the Task Delivery screen.

  • The user clicks on Delivered to proceed.

  • Click on (blue star) the button to return to Current Stop, if there are no more tasks at that stop, (blue star) the button takes them to Current Trip.

  • The user is shown a list of actions to be taken for the delivery task, as shown in Delivery Flow s1. The list of actions is:

    • Receiver Details - Delivery Flow s2 screen shows the form to be filled for this action. Here the details of the immediate receiver of the consignment are filled.

    • Signature - Delivery Flow s3 screen shows the form to be filled for this action. Here, the (blue star) button reloads the state and clears the screen for reattempting to sign.

    • Delivery Proof - Delivery Flow s4 screen shows the form to be filled for this action. The user requires adding in the proof of attempted delivery in this form.

    • KYC - Delivery Flow s5 screen shows the form to be filled for this action. Verification of the receiver is done.

  • On clicking NEXT on the Delivery Flow s1 screen, the user is taken back to Current Trip.

  • The user requires to CHECK OUT on the Current Trip screen once all the tasks for the stop are completed.

Delivery - Marking Failure

  • The user is shown the Delivery Flow screen upon clicking the Delivery Actions button on the Task Delivery screen.

  • The user clicks on Delivery Failed to proceed.

  • The user is shown a list of actions to be taken for the delivery task, as shown in Delivery Flow f1. The list of actions is:

    • Attempt Proof - Delivery Flow f2 screen shows the form to be filled for this action. The user requires adding in the proof of attempted delivery in this form.

    • Reason - Delivery Flow f3 screen shows the form to be filled for this action. The user chooses the appropriate pickup failure reason from the scrollable list and then clicks COMPLETE on Delivery Flow f4 to proceed. This brings the user back to Current Trip.

  • The user requires to CHECK OUT on the Current Trip screen once all the tasks for the stop are completed.
