How to create a Vehicle

For any consignment, the system requires the information of the vehicles that perform a successful flow.

In the dashboard :

• Click on the hamburger menu () → Setup → Transport ( ) → Vehicle

  

• Click on the Add New button.

  

• Method 1: Click the New Vehicle button. A form shall appear with required fields to be filled.

  

  • Fill up the form and click on Add Vehicle button.

    

  • You’ve successfully created a new Vehicle.

• Method 2: Click the Upload Excel button. A form shall appear with required fields to be filled.

• Fill up the form and click on the Upload button.

• You’ve successfully created new Vehicles.

• Click on ADD NEW button.

• Method 1 - New Vehicle option → A form shall appear with required fields. This method is used to create a single vehicle.

  • Fill up the form and click on ADD VEHICLE button.

  • You’ve successfully added a vehicle.

• Method 2 - Upload Excel option → A file upload window appears. This method is used to create multiple vehicles.

  • Click on the Select From Computer button to upload your Excel sheet and click on the UPLOAD button.

  • One can also drag and drop your file into the space provided in the window.

  • You can download a sample Excel file to understand what data has to be entered by clicking on the Download Sample Excel option from the window.

  • You’ve successfully added multiple vehicles.
