Description: Adhoc Roster is the freelancing shift created for the rider to work in those planned days and hours. At the time of requirement of more freelancer riders, Adhoc Shift is created to notify the freelancer Riders about the availability of riders in that particular store. It is on a FIFO basis. The riders who comes first in that shift timing will be considered for the shift.

 

To create a Adhoc Roster category.

  1. Click on hamburger menu ((blue star)) → Roster Management.

  2. Select the Adhoc Roster Tab

  3. Method 1 - Add New Button Option → A form shall appear with required fields. This method is used to create a single adhoc shift.

    • Fill up the form and click on Submit and Broadcast button.

    • You’ve successfully added an Adhoc shift.

  4. Method 2 - Upload Excel option → A file upload window appears. This method is used to create multiple adhoc shift .

    • Click on the Select From Computer button to upload your Excel sheet and click on UPLOAD button.

    • One can also drag and drop your file into the space provided in the window.

    • You can download a sample Excel file to understand what data has to be entered by clicking on Download Sample Excel option from the window.

    • You’ve successfully added multiple adhoc shift.
