Introduction
The Shipsy platform provides a lot of useful integrations which users can use to optimise their logistics. However, a lot of users were facing issues in the sense that they did not have a clear view of what was available within Shipsy. This was the reason behind two major problems. Firstly, higher TAT for integrations meant users had to contact Shipsy support and wait for everything to be up and running. Secondly, users were unable to realise the true potential of the platform due to poor visibility of available resources.
