Pickup - Marking Success

1. Assign the trip to the rider from the Dashboard.

2. It will be shown under the ‘Pickup Task List’ on the dashboard of Rider App.

3. The rider can click on the task to proceed for pickup.

4. The rider must swipe the green button below to confirm the arrival at the location of pickup.

5. The rider at this screen must click the ‘Proceed to Pickup’ button.

6. The screen shows the list of picked up consignments on it, it’s currently empty as the rider is yet to pickup. Click on the (plus) button.

7. Scan the waybill of the pickup, it gets added to the picked up list

Pickup - Marking Failure

1. Assign the trip to the rider from the Dashboard.

2. It will be shown under the ‘Pickup Task List’ on the dashboard of Rider App.

3. The rider can click on the task to proceed for pickup.

4. The rider must swipe the green button below to confirm the arrival at the location of pickup.

5. The rider at this screen must click the ‘Pickup Failed' button.

6. The screen shows the list of possible reasons of being unable to pickup. Rider must select one from it.

7. Add the attempt proof on the app.

8. The Rider is now returned to the Task List to complete the remaining pickups.

9. Once all the pickups are completed, the trip ends
