Filters

  • There are various filters provided under the default view that are used to filter out pickup tasks.

    • Hub Selection Type - Provides selection for the various types of hubs.

    • Pickup Type - Provides filter between All / Forward / Reverse type of pickup.

    • Customer Type - Provides a search filter for business / retail customer.

    • Assigned Status - Filters the pickups based on whether they are assigned or not.

    • Pickup Status - Provides filter to search for pickups with various pickup statuses.

  • The Pickup Search Component provides three means to search a pickup request

    • Pickup ID

    • Customer Code

    • Consignment Number

Task Buttons

  • The Create Pickup Button is used for creating a new Business Pickup request from this dashboard.

    • A form comes up upon clicking this button.

    • When filled, click on REQUEST PICKUP.

    • A pickup request is created and is now visible on the

  • The user can download all the pickup request details available on the screen by clicking the Download Button.

  • The Assign Button is used for assigning the selected Pickup tasks from the list. The user can assign in bulk by uploading an Excel.

  • The Cancel Button is used for cancelling any selected pickup task from the dashboard.
