Successful Delivery

1. Assign the trip to the rider from the Dashboard. You can allow auto-accept on rider’s end, so the trip gets aligned, and then skip to Step 3.

2. If auto-accept is off, It will be shown under Preassigned tasks in 'Prepare DRS' on the Dashboard. Select the task and click on DONE.

3. The task will be shown under ‘Pending Task List’ on the dashboard of Rider App. The rider can click on the task to proceed for delivery.

4. The rider at this screen must click the DELIVERED button.

5. The rider is shown the payment screen. Click on the (plus) Button to add the payment information.

6. Once the payment details are added, the rider can click on PAYMENT COLLECTED.


7. Add the consignee details, once they are added, click on NEXT.

8. The user must add a proof of delivery by taking an image of the premise. Click on SAVE

9. The delivery task is now completed successfully.

10. The rider is taken back to ‘Pending Task List’.

11. Once all the assigned tasks are completed, the trip ends.

Failed Delivery

1. Assign the trip to the rider from the Dashboard. You can allow auto-accept on rider’s end, so the trip gets aligned, and then skip to Step 3.

2. If auto-accept is off, It will be shown under Preassigned tasks in 'Prepare DRS' on the Dashboard. Select the task and click on DONE.

3. The task will be shown under ‘Pending Task List’ on the dashboard of Rider App. The rider can click on the task to proceed for delivery.

4. The rider at this screen must click the UNDELIVERED button.

5. The rider must elect the appropriate Undelivered Reason. Click on DONE.

6. The user must add a proof of delivery. Click on SAVE.


7. The delivery task is now completed successfully.

8. The rider is taken back to ‘Pending Task List’.

9. Once all the assigned tasks are completed, the trip ends.
