Description: This page covers the process of cash reconciliation from the riders.

After the last mile delivery, the rider has to reconcile the COD cash received against the consignment delivery.

  • In the V2 dashboard, click on Hub Operations → Rider Reconciliation.

  • Click on Reconcile in the action column, against the rider whose cash has to be reconciled.

  • Enter the balance amount and click on settle.

  • This completes the cash reconciliation process.
