Overview

  • All the consignments of an organization are visible in the Consignments Tab on this Ops Dashboard on a hub level.

  • The hub selection can be made from the search box, besides the Planning Hub component.

  • The user can search for a particular consignment in the Search Reference component. User can switch between searching by Customer and Consignment reference numbers using the Dropdown menu

  • The user can filter out the consignments by providing a range of date in the Creation Time/Last Updated/Scheduled At components. They can be switched using the Dropdown menu.

    • Creation Time → The user can filter out consignments by adding the range of date of creation (soft-data upload time)

    • Last Updated → The user can filter out consignments by adding the range of date of when the consignment was last updated.

    • Scheduled At → The user can filter out and view the consignments that are scheduled for a particular date.

  • All the consignments are auto-allocated to a specific hub as per the allocation rules set in the setup section.

In the Consignments View, the consignments are filtered into different buckets as per their status and different actions are also allowed on the consignments on the basis of their current status.

  • These actions shall be understood in detail under all the different bucket articles. The above image shows all the buckets, which shall be explained in detail.
