Successful Pickup
1. Assign the trip to the rider from the Dashboard. You can allow auto-accept on rider’s end, so the trip gets aligned, and then skip to Step 3.
2. If auto-accept is off, It will be shown under Preassigned tasks in 'Prepare PRS' on the Dashboard. Select the ‘Pickup task and click on ACCEPT.
3. The task will be shown under ‘Pending Task List’ on the dashboard of Rider App.
3. The rider can click on the task to proceed for pickup.
4. The rider must swipe the green button below to confirm the arrival at the location of pickup.
5. The rider at this screen must click the ‘Proceed Proceed to Pickup’ Pickup button.
6. The screen shows the list of consignments to be picked up consignments on it, it’s currently empty as the rider is yet to pickup. Click on the 
button START SCANNING.
7. Scan the waybill of the pickupconsignment, it gets added to the picked up list. Click on COMPLETE ADDING CONSIGNMENT
8. The screen shows the list of consignments picked up. To add more, click on Button. Click on COMPLETE PICKUP.
9. Add the total consignment picked up count on the app and click on COMPLETE PICKUP.
10. Add the attempt proof on the app and click on SAVE. The pickup task is now completed successfully.
11. The rider is taken back to ‘Pending Task List’.
12. Once all the assigned tasks are completed, the trip ends.
Failed Pickup
- Marking Failure 1. Assign the trip to the rider from the Dashboard.
You can allow auto-accept on rider’s end, so the trip gets aligned, and then skip to Step 3.
2. If auto-accept is off, It will be shown under Preassigned tasks in 'Prepare PRS' on the ‘Pickup Dashboard. Select the task and click on ACCEPT.
3. The task will be shown under ‘Pending Task List’ on the dashboard of Rider App.
3. The rider can click on the task to proceed for pickup.
4. The rider must swipe the green button below to confirm the arrival at the location of pickup.
5. The rider at this screen must click the ‘Pickup Failed‘PICKUP FAILED' button.
6. The screen shows the list of possible reasons of being unable to pickup. Rider must select one from it. Click DONE.
7. Add the attempt proof on the app.
8. The Rider rider is now returned to the Pending Task List to complete the remaining pickups.
9. Once all the pickups are completed, the trip ends.
