Content Comparison

The Unplanned bucket shows only those consignments for which the planning is yet to be done. Additionally, those consignments which were attempted for pickup/delivery but failed and are eligible for planning again are shown in unplanned bucket also.

In Transit Bucket shows the consignments of the trips that have been started, and they are on their way to their next destination, which could be either a pickup destination or delivery destination.

Different buckets have different actions possible to proceed with on the consignments present under them. The following are the actions available in Unplanned the In Transit Bucket. 

Create Route

• The user can select the consignments with the status ‘Pickup Awaited' or 'Reached At Hub' that they want to add to a trip, after filtering using the filters available on the dashboard.

• The Create Route Action provides three options of providing data of consignments that are to be added in the trip :

  • Upload - This option collects the consignments mentioned in the Excel sheet that the user shall upload.

  • Scan/Selected - This options considers all the consignments that the user has manually selected.

  • All Filtered - This option selects all the consignments on the screen remaining after the filters.

Custom Trip

• The user can select the consignments with the status ‘Pickup Awaited' or 'Reached At Hub' that they want to add to a trip, after filtering using the filters available on the dashboard.

• The Custom Trip Action provides three options of providing data of consignments that are to be added in the trip :

  • All Filtered - This option selects all the consignments on the screen remaining after the filters.

  • Scan/Selected - This options considers all the consignments that the user has manually selected.

  • Upload - This option collects the consignments mentioned in the Excel sheet that the user shall upload.

Mark NPR

• Mark NPR Action when clicked provides two options:

  • Selected : To download the labels for mark the selected consignments as failed and provide a failure reason on the dashboard.

  • Bulk Upload : Here, the user can add the multiple consignments' data in an Excel sheet according to the format that is available in the sample file and then upload the file to print labels for those consignments.

CN Verification

• CN Verification

  • mark the status of consignments as ‘Not Picked Up’ along with the reason of failure.

Print Label

• Print Label Action when clicked provides two options:

  • Selected : To verify download the dimensions labels for the selected consignments on the dashboard.

  • Bulk Upload : Here, the user can add the multiple consignments' data in an Excel sheet according to the format that is available in the sample file and then upload the file to mark ‘Verified' or 'Unverified’ print labels for those consignments.

Download

• It downloads the dump of all consignment data available on the dashboard.

Arrival

• Arrival Action when clicked provides two options:

  • Selected : To mark the selected consignments as ‘Reached at Hub’ as they have arrived at the hub.

  • Bulk Upload : Here, the user can add the multiple consignments' data in an Excel sheet according to the format that is available in the sample file and then upload the file to mark the status of those consignments as ‘Reached at Hub’.

Consignment SeizeSeize 

• Consignment Seize Action when clicked provides two options:

  • Selected : To mark the selected consignments as ‘CN Seized’ as they have arrived at the hub.

  • Bulk Upload : Here, the user can add the multiple consignments' data in an Excel sheet according to the format that is available in the sample file and then upload the file to mark the status of those consignments as 'CN Seized’.

Print Credit Notes

• Print Credit Notes Action when clicked provides two options:

  • Selected : To mark download the EWBs for the selected consignments as failed and provide a failure reason on the dashboard.

  • Bulk Upload : Here, the user can add the multiple consignments' data in an Excel sheet according to the format that is available in the sample file and then upload the file to mark the status of consignments as ‘Not Picked Up’ along with the reason of failure.

Download

• It downloads the dump of all consignment data available on the dashboard.

Mark Delivered

• Mark Delivered Action when clicked provides two options:

  • Selected : To mark the selected consignments as ‘Delivered’ as they have arrived at the hub.

  • Bulk Upload : Here, the user can add the multiple consignments' data in an Excel sheet according to the format that is available in the sample file and then upload the file to mark the status of those consignments as 'Delivered’.
