Successful Pickup
1. Assign the trip to the rider from the Dashboard.
2. The rider when clicks NEXT, is taken to the Pending Tasks List.
3. Click on START TRIP. Enter the Odometer Reading along with photo proof.
4. The trip has now started, the rider can select the pickup task he wants to attempt.
5. The rider must reach the destination address & CHECK IN on the particular task.
6. The rider must mark the pickup task as SUCCESS.
7. The receiver details are to be filled by the rider. Click on NEXT.
8. The customer’s signature is to be taken. Click on NEXT.
9. Add the proof of attempt. Click on SAVE.
9. The pickup of the consignment is considered as faileda success, and the rider is taken to the Pending Task List.
10. Once all tasks are completed, the rider can click END TRIP on the Pending Task List to end the trip.
11. Fill in the current Odometer Reading. Click on OK.
12. The Trip has now ended.
Failed Pickup
1. Assign the trip to the rider from the Dashboard.
2. The rider when clicks NEXT, is taken to the Pending Tasks lists.
3. Click on START TRIP. Enter the Odometer Reading along with photo proof.
4. The trip has now started, the rider can select the pickup task he wants to attempt.
5. The rider must reach the destination address & CHECK IN on the particular task.
6. The rider must mark the pickup task as SUCCESS.
7. The Failure Reason is to be filled by the rider. Click on NEXT.
8. Add the proof of attempt. Click on SAVE.
9. The pickup of the consignment is considered as failed, and the rider is taken to the Pending Task List.
10. Once all tasks are completed, the rider can click END TRIP on the Pending Task List to end the trip.
11. Fill in the current Odometer Reading. Click on OK.
12. The Trip has now ended.
