Description: This page covers the process of cash reconciliation from the riders.
After the last mile delivery, the rider has to reconcile the COD cash received against the consignment delivery.
In the V2 dashboard, click on Hub Operations → Rider Reconciliation.
Click on Reconcile in the action column, against the rider whose cash has to be reconciled.

Enter the balance amount and click on settle.

This completes the cash reconciliation process.
