Method 2- AutomaticIn the Unplanned bucket, select the consignments that you want to deliver in this trip, or filter out the consignments using the filters available on the dashboard.
Click on Custom Create Trip button, it provides three methods of providing data of consignments that are to be delivered in the trip.
Upload - This option collects the consignments mentioned in the Excel sheet that the user shall upload.
Click on this option, a window appears.
Click on Download a sample file option to get a sample Excel data sheet
Edit it to add consignment data and upload/drag and drop on the window
Click on Yes, an auto allocation request is sent to Shipsy server.
The trip is now created.
Scan/Selected - This options considers all the consignments that the user has manually selected.
Click on this option, a window appears.
Select the time slot for route optimization.
Click on Yes, an auto allocation request is sent to Shipsy server.
The trip is now created.
All Filtered - This option selects all the consignments on the screen remaining after the filters.
Click on this option, a window appears.
Select the time slot for route optimization.
Click on Yes, an auto allocation request is sent to Shipsy server.
The trip is now created.
